Right next to Global Center. Quiet canal-side lanes around a centuries-old nunnery — calmer and less touristy than Jinli/Kuanzhai. Good spot for tea or a coffee before dinner.

Try Hui Guo Rou (回锅肉/Twice-cooked pork) and Gongbao Jiding (宫保鸡丁/Kung Pao Chicken) near your hotel — sets up tonight's walk to the towers.
